Traditional innerspring mattresses are hard to find but Shovlin is one of the few manufacturers who still make them: Custom-built two-sided innerspring mattresses to meet any desired firmness level & construction. They are made with the best innerspring in the industry, heaviest gauge coils & most supportive side steel edges – making them both comfortable and long-lasting.This high level of quality is hard to find since most national brands no longer provide two-sided innerspring construction at all, and they cut corners by using foam side guards (Shovlin uses steel), weak coil springs (Shovlin’s are strong), and less dense foam yet national brands charge much more than Shovlin does. Another thing they can’t say? Almost all Shovlin mattresses can be flipped & rotated, allowing the cushioning & support pads to recover to their original shape & giving them the ability to far outlast those comparable national brands. Better news yet! They have attachable pillow top options for additional comfort if desired.
Shovlin Mattress Latex Nirvana CollectionYou don’t need to go to Bora Bora to get a piece of paradise in bed. Latex Nirvana mattresses – are the most popular – with a following of their own! These one-sided mattresses conform to people of all shapes and sizes with very little pressure applied to the body yet having appropriate spinal orthopedic support. There’s little to no motion transfer in the mattress. The Latex Nirvana line provides you with up to 33% more pressure relief than conventional or memory foam bedding, cradling all body types with superior support by adding 6″ of Talalay latex near the surface, giving you support from head to toe. It outlasts the Tempurpedic brand models, as well as other nationally known memory foam and innerspring brands. The mattress is built with the highest quality latex materials in the industry (while national brands use man-made products created by blending latex with other materials to create an inexpensive, inferior alternative). As a result, no turning or flipping is needed to maintain its perfection. While a Latex Nirvana Collection mattress can cost more than conventional innerspring mattresses, latex will support you longer, more comfortably night after night for years to come.
This mattress is placed on top of a very solid Semi-Flex foundation made of solid wood & metal, acting as a platform but as visually appealing as a box spring. It’s even better on an adjustable power base to truly get that French-Polynesia-villa-over-water luxury experience. The Latex Nirvana line has a mattress height of 11″ and an option of adding a detached, one-sided 2″ pillow top for a 13″ height total.
Adjustable bed frames provides the advantage of multiple positions, adapting to the sleepers preferences at the touch of a button. Raise your head, upper body, or legs as desired. Elevating the upper body can help with a plethora of health issues, such as sleep apnea, acid reflux and heartburn, and snoring. Adjustable beds can also help with improved circulation and relieve muscle, joint and back pain, as well as make reading of watching TV much more comfortable, and preventing muscle strain. Shovlin Mattress recommends that consumers have a discussion with their healthcare practitioner to ask how an adjustable bed might be the right fit for their needs.
